How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password for your Unless account, the process depends on whether you can still log in or if you need an administrator to help you.

Resetting your own password

If you are locked out or have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset through the login page. Unless will send a temporary password to the email address associated with your account. Once you receive it, you can log in and set up your own password and two-factor authentication (MFA).

When an admin resets your password

If you are an admin user on the account, you can reset another user’s password directly from the team page. Navigate to the team management section and use the reset option for the user in question. This action sends a temporary password to the user’s email address and also resets their MFA. The user can then log in with the temporary password and configure their own credentials.

Important account security rules

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Login credentials should not be shared among multiple users, and you must notify Unless immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access. Reselling or leasing access to the services is also prohibited.
